For over 22 years, Jesus Henao has specialized in the sale of investment property in California. Mr. Henao in his career has marketed and sold investment property in California, Nevada, Idaho, Texas and Indiana. As an expert adviser his focus is Multi-Family investment property and has over seen several transactions ranging from Multi-Family, NNN, Industrial, Shopping Centers, Business, Gasoline Stations and Office Buildings.
Henao’s was raised in Sun Valley California in the San Fernando Valley, he is the fourth of six children. Henao’s is first generation American his parents immigrated from Colombia South America. After Henao graduated from Polytechnic High School at the age of 17 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he received an Honorable discharge. As a Corporal he successfully served his country in the Desert Shield and Desert Storm Persian Gulf War. In addition Mr. Henao has trained with the Israeli Army in Haifa. At the age of 20 Henao lead a 12 man artillery section in Desert Shield and Desert Storm Persian Gulf War.
