Jesus H. Henao

For over 24 years, Jesus Henao has specialized in the sale of investment property in California & Utah. Mr. Henao in his career has marketed and sold investment property in California, Nevada, Idaho, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Indiana. As an expert adviser his focus is multi-Family investment property and has over seen several transactions ranging from Multi-Family, NNN, Industrial, Shopping Centers, Business, Gasoline Stations, land for development and Office Buildings.

Henao’s was raised in Sun Valley California in the San Fernando Valley, he is the fourth of six children. Henao’s is first generation American his parents immigrated from Colombia South America. His father was a Baker and his mother a welder. After Henao graduated from Polytechnic High School at the age of 17 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he received an Honorable discharge.  In the Marine Corp Henao was promoted meritoriously to the rank of Corporal within two years of active service.  He then successfully served his country in the Desert Shield and Desert Storm Persian Gulf War.  In addition, Mr. Henao has trained in Israel, Spain, Turkey, Puerto Rico, Okinawa Japan, Korea, and Sardinia.  At the age of 20 Henao he led a 12-man artillery section in Desert Shield and Desert Storm Persian Gulf War.  

Mr. Henao holds in undergraduate degree from The University of Southern California (USC) and a Master of Real Estate Development for Arizona State University (ASU). 

Currently Henao resides in Valencia California and in Utah with his wife.  He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served in many capacities including Spanish Branch President, Seminary Teacher, Ward Mission Leader, and Sunday School Teacher.  He also has served as an offensive coordinator of the West Ranch High School freshman football team, six years as a pop warner football head coach.  In his spare time, he enjoys fitnesstraining, playing basketball, golf, Broadway musicals, attending museums, traveling eating sushi and attending USC football games.
