In his inaugural year in the commercial real estate industry, Daniel has achieved remarkable success, closing deals totaling over $12 million in the Multi-Family real estate sector. Daniel’s roots trace back to Glendale, CA, where he was born, and Van Nuys, CA, where he was raised. As the youngest of two siblings and a first-generation American, he was instilled with the core values of hard work and determination from an early age, courtesy of his mother. Completing his education at John Burroughs High School in Burbank, CA, Daniel received an offer to join California State University Northridge, where he chose to pursue a major in real estate development alongside a minor in business administration.

During his leisure time, Daniel finds solace in exploring new destinations and immersing himself in the great outdoors. He has been fortunate enough to embark on memorable vacations to captivating places like Thailand, Turks and Caicos, and Mexico. Among his ambitions is earning the esteemed title of Top Producer at LEOLA Commercial. In addition, Daniel wholeheartedly embraces a healthy and active lifestyle. When he is not engrossed in his professional endeavors, he dedicates his time to weightlifting and actively participating in marathons. His thirst for personal growth and learning continually propels him forward on his journey of self-development.
